Founded in 2021 and based out of Davidson, North Carolina, GatherWare, Inc. is a software provider transforming how healthcare systems plan for and utilize their resources. Our initial technology platform, Orion, leverages data to align capital and facility resources with business strategy.
Orion was created in response to the need of cofounder Nicolas Bracco, a senior consultant with a broad range of expertise in healthcare projects. In 2020, one of his clients lamented that the traditional master plan (a document illustrating the long-term plans for a major facility typically delivered as PDFs or PowerPoint decks) is difficult to search through and collaborate on with stakeholders outside of her department. He partnered with Owen Bezick, an expert in data dashboards, to create a web-based reporting software for their master plan.
Our vision is to contribute to lowering the cost of healthcare through proactive and continuous increase of real estate utilization leading to significant savings in capital investments. We want to bring innovative tools and technology to high-impact spaces. Through dynamic software and predictive data-analysis we believe we can make an impact on a burden that healthcare professionals face on a day-to-day basis.
